补肾治则在肺癌治疗中应用探讨

肺癌是一种全身属虚局部属实,本虚标实之病证。癌毒耗伤正气,邪长正消,正气受戕亦甚,久则及肾,故"肾虚"贯穿于肺癌发生及发展的整个病程。肾为五脏之本,正气亏虚之根本在于肾虚。补肾治则属于扶正法,是"扶正治癌"学术思想的常用方法之一。探讨肺癌患者补肾治则的理论基础和临床应用,对从肾论治肺癌有重要意义。

Lung cancer is a disease characterized by deficiency of the whole body and deficiency of the local part. Cancer poisons consume the vital energy,the evil grows and disappears,and the vital energy is also severely damaged. For a long time,it affects the kidney. Therefore,kidney deficiency runs through the whole course of the occurrence and development of lung cancer. Kidney is the root of the five kidneys,and the root of deficiency of vital energy lies in deficiency of kidney. The principle of tonifying kidney belongs to the method of strengthening the body,and it is one of the common methods of the academic thought of'strengthening the body and treating cancer'. To explore the theoretical basis and clinical application of kidney-tonifying therapy for lung cancer patients is of great significance for treating lung cancer from the perspective of kidney.
