经筋毫针刺法治疗足三阳经筋型膝骨性关节炎临床研究

Clinical Observations on the Muscle Meridian Acupuncture for Knee Osteoarthritis of Muscle Meridians of Foot Yang

目的:观察经筋毫针刺法治疗足三阳经筋型膝骨性关节炎(Knee osteoarthritis,KOA)的临床研究。方法:将88例KOA患者按照随机数字表法分为经筋毫针治疗组和普通毫针治疗组,每组44例。经筋毫针治疗组选取膝关节周围经筋点运用经筋毫针刺法治疗;普通毫针治疗组选取膝眼、梁丘、阳陵泉等穴位运用毫针刺法治疗。1个疗程7 d,治疗2个疗程,疗程结束后1个月进行随访。通过VAS量表、WOMAC量表、总有效率来观察两组疗效。结果:利用SPSS17.0进行统计分析,治疗后两组的VAS评分和WOMAC评分均较治疗前降低,且经筋毫针治疗组疗效优于普通毫针组。结论:经筋毫针刺法能够改善足三阳经筋型膝骨性关节炎患者的临床症状和膝关节生理功能,临床上具有一定的远期疗效。

Objective:To observe the clinical observations on the muscle meridian acupuncture for knee osteoarthritis of muscle meridians of foot Yang. Methods:Eighty-eight patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into the muscle meridian acupuncture treatment group and the general acupuncture treatment group,44 patients in each group. The muscle meridian acupuncture treatment group was treated with the acupuncture method of the tendons points around the knee joint;the general acupuncture treatment group was treated with the ordinary acupuncture points such as Xiyan,Liangqiu,Yanglingquan and other acupoints. 7 days was a course of treatment,a total of 2 courses of treatment,1 month after the end of the course of treatment to evaluate the efficacy. The efficacy of the two groups was observed by VAS scale score,WOMAC scale score,and total effective rate. Results:Used SPSS17.0 to analyze statistics,the VAS score and WOMAC score of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the effect of the muscle meridian acupuncture treatment group was better than that of the general acupuncture treatment group. Conclusion:The method of muscle meridian acupuncture can improve the clinical symptoms and knee joint motor function of patients with pedicure and knee joint osteoarthritis,and has a certain long-term effect in clinical.
