《太平惠民和剂局方》考论

Textual Research on Prescriptions of the Bureau of Taiping People

《太平惠民和剂局方》从成型到定型经过3个阶段和5次增补校订,前后经历了约140多年的修纂,其使用价值之高和深受青睐的程度从"官府守之以为法,医门传之以为业,病者恃之以立命,世人习之以成俗"可见一斑。全文从方剂配伍、剂型、剂量、赋形剂、服法时间、饮品、性味归经特点(卷一～卷六)等为脉络对《太平惠民和剂局方》进行了研究,以期为更好地运用《太平惠民和剂局方》提供借鉴。

From the completion of its first draft to the final revision,Prescriptions of the Bureau of Taiping People has gone through three stages and five amendments over more than 140 years of compilation. Its high utility and popularity could be evidenced by the statement:'feudal officials treated and upheld it like the law;medical practitioners passed on it as a profession;patients rely on it to save their lives;the world practices it as an established custom'. In this paper,the author studied the Prescriptions of the Bureau of Taiping People from the perspective of compatibility of medicines in a prescription,the form of drugs,dosage,excipient,administration time,decoction pieces,as well as the 'four properties,five flavors,and meridian tropism'(volume 1 through 6)etc.,aiming to use the findings as a reference for better use of the book.
