基于灰色关联度不同产地硝石抗肿瘤作用谱效关系研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探究不同产地硝石无机元素特征轮廓谱与抗肿瘤作用的谱效关系,为明确硝石抗肿瘤作用的物质基础提供理论依据。方法:采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法,建立不同产地硝石无机元素特征轮廓谱;以肿瘤细胞抑制率为药效学指标,采用灰色关联度分析法建立无机元素轮廓谱与抗肿瘤药效之间的谱效关系。结果:建立了5个不同产地硝石无机元素特征轮廓谱,得到Cu、Na、Mg、Zn、K、Ca、Se、Sb、Ba 9个差异元素,根据关联度计算结果,Cu、Ba、Na、Se、Ca5个元素与抗肿瘤药效关联度大于0.6。结论:明确了硝石中Cu、Ba、Na、Se、Ca是抗肿瘤作用的主要无机成分,为深入研究硝石抗肿瘤药效物质基础及建立基于抗肿瘤药效的硝石质量控制方法提供思路。 Objective:To explore the relationship between the characteristic spectrum of the inorganic elements and anti-tumor effects from different regions of saltpeter,provide theoretical foundation for clarifying the material basis of anti-tumor effects of saltpeter. Methods:ICP-MS was used to establish the characteristic spectrum of the inorganic elements from different regions;The tumor cell inhibition rate was taken as the pharmacodynamic index,the spectral relationship between the characteristic spectrum of the inorganic elements and the anti-tumor effects was established by grayscale correlation analysis. Results:The characteristic spectrum of the inorganic elements from 5 different regions were established,Nine different elements including Cu,Na,Mg,Zn,K,Ca,Se,Sb and Ba were obtained,according to the calculation results of correlation degree,the correlation between the five elements of Cu,Ba,Na,Se and Ca are more than 0.6. Conclusion:It is clear that Cu,Ba,Na,Se and Ca are the main medicinal components of anti-tumor effect in the saltpeter,provide ideas for further research on the anti-tumor substance basis and establishment quality control method based on anti-tumor effects of saltpeter.
