“正虚伏毒”与肿瘤发生和转移

Discussion on the Tumorigenesis and Metastasis with “Deficiency of Vital Qi and Hidden Toxin”

恶性肿瘤是全身属虚、局部属实之疾病,患者既有六淫邪气、七情内伤、饮食劳倦等毒邪潜伏体内,又表现为精气亏虚、脏腑失调、气血瘀滞等正气不足之象,邪毒先潜伏体内,待正气亏虚时伺机发动,导致肿瘤的发生,甚至出现转移。该文提出"正虚伏毒"是肿瘤发生及转移的病机关键,邪毒内伏是根本原因,正气亏虚是必要条件。

The malignant tumor is a disease with whole body deficiency and part excess. Not only the toxin such as six evils,seven emotions and improper diet have hidden in our body,patients also develop symptoms like deficiency of vital essence,Zang-Fu disharmony and stagnation of Qi and blood stasis,toxin lurks in the body,results in tumorigenesis even metastasis when the vital Qi is weak. In this paper,the'deficiency of vital Qi and hidden toxin'is the core pathogenesis of tumorigenesis and metastasis,hidden toxin is the root cause,deficiency of vital Qi is the necessary condition.
