针刺调控胆碱能抗炎通路机制现代研究进展

Modern Research Progress on Acupuncture Regulation of Cholinergic Anti-inflammatory Pathway

胆碱能抗炎通路是一条以迷走神经、乙酰胆碱和特异性乙酰胆碱受体为基础,利用神经反射作用抑制炎症反应的神经-免疫调节通路。针刺具有抗炎作用,其抗炎作用可能与胆碱能抗炎通路存在着密切的联系,近年来国内外学者对针刺调控胆碱能通路发挥抗炎作用机制进行了大量的研究,然而其作用机制仍不明确。该文拟通过汇总、分析和展望针刺调控胆碱能通路发挥抗炎作用机制的研究现状,为今后发掘针刺抗炎的作用机制提供思路借鉴,以期为针刺调控胆碱能通路抑制炎症反应的作用机制提供科学依据。

The cholinergic anti-inflammatory pathway is a neuro-immune regulatory pathway based on the vagus nerve,acetylcholine and specific acetylcholine receptors that uses nerve reflexes to suppress inflammatory responses.Acupuncture has anti-inflammatory effects,and its anti-inflammatory effect may be closely related to the cholinergic anti-inflammatory pathway.In recent years,domestic and foreign scholars have conducted a lot of research on the anti-inflammatory mechanism of acupuncture regulation of cholinergic pathway.However,its mechanism remains unclear.This paper intends to summarize,analyze and prospect the research status of acupuncture regulation of cholinergic pathway to play an antiinflammatory mechanism,and provide reference for the future exploration of acupuncture anti-inflammatory mechanism,in order to provide anti-inflammatory effects for acupuncture regulation of cholinergic pathway scientific basis.
