淫羊藿苷对丙酸睾酮诱导大鼠前列腺增生组织影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的 :探讨淫羊藿苷对丙酸睾酮诱导的大鼠前列腺增生组织的影响。方法 :通过注射丙酸睾酮建立SD大鼠前列腺增生模型,分为空白组,模型对照组,非那雄胺组,淫羊藿苷高、中、低剂量组。完成给药后摘取前列腺组织分别比较前列腺湿重、体积变化,计算前列腺指数(PI)并观察前列腺组织变化,比较各组自噬蛋白LC-3、Beclin-1的表达。结果 :与模型对照组比较,淫羊藿苷对增生前列腺有明显抑制作用(P<0.01或P<0.05),高、中剂量效果更显著。结论 :淫羊藿苷对增生前列腺组织有明显抑制作用,并与剂量水平成正相关,且这种抑制作用可能与下调前列腺增生组织中相关蛋白(如LC-3和Beclin-1)、抑制过度自噬有关。 Objective:To investigate the effects of icariin on the benign prostatic hyperplasia rats induced by testosterone propionate.Methods:By injecting testosterone propionate to successfully establish the model of benign prostatic hyperplasia SD rats,dividing all rats into blank group,model group,finasteride group,ICA high dose group,medium dose group and low dose group.Gathered all prostate tissue after dosing drugs,samples were analyzed with prostate wet weight,volume,calculated theprostate index(PI)and observed the morphological changes of prostate tissue under the light microscope,compared the expression of autophagy proteins LC-3 and Beclin-1 between the groups.Results:Compared with model group,ICA had a significant inhibitory effects on the hyperplastic prostate(P<0.01 or P<0.05),especially used the high and medium doses.Conclusion:ICA has remarkable effects on histopathology of prostate hyperplasia tissue,which positively correlated with the dose level,and it is may related to the reduction of related proteins in the prostate hyperplasia tissue(such as LC-3 and Beclin-1)and the inhibition of excessive autophagic activity.
