经络辨证论治冠心病选穴规律与机理探析

Exploration of Mechanism and Laws of Choosing Point of Treating Coronary Heart Disease by Differentiation of Syndromes of Meridian

冠心病的发病率逐年增高,且严重危害生命健康。基于经络学说的针刺疗法治疗冠心病确有疗效。《黄帝内经》作为经络学说的奠基之作,较完善的记载了经络系统的循行和病候,是经络辨证的基础和依据。从经络角度系统地梳理与冠心病发病相关的经脉、络脉,有利于全面总结针刺治疗冠心病的选穴规律和机理,以此为经络辨证论治冠心病提供借鉴和参考,进而丰富冠心病的中医辨证体系。

The incidence of coronary heart disease(CHD)increases year by year and causes serious damage to life and health.Acupuncture treatment of CHD based on meridian theory has curative effect.Inner Canon of Huangdi,the cornerstone of meridian theory,records the meridian system of courses and clinical manifestations,and is the foundation and basis of differentiation of syndromes of meridian.Analyzing meridians and collaterals related the onset of CHD from the perspective of meridian is advantageous to summarize mechanism and laws of choosing point of treatment CHD by acupuncture,and provide reference for meridian syndrome differentiation of CHD,and enrich the TCM syndrome differentiation of CHD.
