轻微型肝性脑病肠道菌群失调中西医治疗探讨

Discussion on Treatment of Intestinal Microecological Imbalance of Minimal Hepatic Encephalopathy by Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

轻微型肝性脑病为危急重症的肝性脑病早期阶段,早期治疗轻微型肝性脑病是预防性治疗肝性脑病的治疗策略。肠道菌群失调与轻微型肝性脑病的发生有着密切的关系,肠道微生态失调引起的肠源性内毒素及血氨形成增多,可促进或加重轻微型肝性脑病,目前调节肠道菌群已成为治疗轻微型肝性脑病的研究热点。中西医治疗轻微型肝性脑病肠道菌群失调各具特色。笔者就目前中西医治疗轻微型肝性脑病肠道微生态失调进行探讨,为更好的提高治疗轻微型肝性脑病的有效率、优化治疗方案提供参考。

Minimal hepatic encephalopathy is an early stage of critical and severe hepatic encephalopathy,early treatment of minimal hepatic encephalopathy,which is a preventive treatment strategies for the hepatic encephalopathy.There is an important relationship between intestinal flora imbalance and the occurrence of minimal hepatic encephalopathy.Intestinal microecological imbalance caused by increasing in the number of enterogenous endotoxin and blood ammonia formation,can promote or aggravating minimal hepatic encephalopathy.At present,the regulating intestinal flora has become focus on the treatment of minimal hepatic encephalopathy.Treatment of Chinese and Western for intestinal dysbacteriosis of minimal hepatic encephalopathy have different advantages.The author makes a discussion on traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment for current intestinal microecological imbalance,in order to provide the better reference that improve the treatment efficiency and optimized treatment plan for minimal hepatic encephalopathy.
