中药消斑止痒方塌渍配合TDP电磁波理疗治疗外阴营养不良机制及疗效观察

Observation Mechanisms and Therapeutic Effects of Chinese Medicine Xiaoban Zhiyang Decoction Combined with TDP Electromagnetic Wave Physiotherapy in the Treatment of Vulvar Dystrophia

目的 :观察中药消斑止痒方塌渍配合TDP电磁波理疗治疗外阴营养不良的疗效及分析中医治疗机制。方法 :将180例外阴营养不良患者随机分为两组,实验组90例采用中药消斑止痒方塌渍配合TDP电磁波理疗,对照组90例采用西医常规疗法治疗,观察疗效。结果 :实验组总有效率为92.22%,对照组为74.44%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :中药消斑止痒方塌渍配合TDP电磁波理疗治疗外阴营养不良疗效显著且不良反应率低。

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect and mechanism of Chinese medicine Xiaoban Zhiyang Decoction combined with TDP electromagnetic wave physiotherapy in the treatment of vulvar dystrophia.Methods:180 Patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,90 cases of experimental group were treated with Chinese medicine Xiaoban Zhiyang Decoction combined with TDP electromagnetic wave physiotherapy,90 cases of control group were treated with conventional therapy of Western medicine,and observed therapeutic effection.Results:The total effective rate was 92.22%in the experimental group and 74.44%in the control group.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chinese medicine Xiaobian Zhiyang Decoction combined with TDP electromagnetic wave physiotherapy for treating vulvar dystrophia has a significant effect and a low rate of adverse reactions.
