中西医结合护理在支气管哮喘中应用及对患者预后影响

Application of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Nursing in Bronchial Asthma and Its Influence on the Prognosis of Patients

目的 :研究分析中西医结合护理对支气管哮喘病患预后的影响。方法 :选择我院2017年6月—2018年5月接收的支气管哮喘病患88例,按随机数字表法分为参照组和研究组各44例,参照组对病患实施常规西医护理,研究组在此基础上实施中西医结合护理。观察比较两组病患护理前后中医症状积分、睡眠质量积分以及发作频率积分。结果 :两组病患护理前喘息、咳嗽和咳痰等中医症状积分以及睡眠质量积分和发作频率积分等对比差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后研究组喘息积分、咳嗽积分、咳痰积分、睡眠质量积分、发作频率积分分别为(1.39±0.72)分、(1.14±0.26)分、(1.09±0.31)分、(0.72±0.37)分、(0.59±0.17)分均显著低于参照组(3.02±1.04)分、(2.49±0.38)分、(2.63±0.49)分、(1.56±0.45)分、(1.08±0.26)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :对支气管哮喘病患实施中西医结合护理可显著改善或消除其临床症状,降低发作频率,确保病患睡眠质量,从而提高其生活质量,具有较好的预后效果。

Objective:To study the influence of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing on the prognosis in bronchial asthma patients.Methods:88 cases of bronchial asthma patients who were received in our hospital from Jun 2017 to May 2018,randomly divided into the reference group and the study group,44 cases in each group.the reference group was given routine Western medicine nursing,the study group was given integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing.Observed the scores of TCM symptom,sleep quality and seizure frequency before and after nursing of the two groups.Results:Before nursing,TCM symptom scores,such as wheezing,cough and expectoration,the scores of sleep quality and seizure frequency of the two groups has no significant difference(P>0.05).After nursing,the integral score of pant,cough,expectoration,sleep quality,seizure frequency in the study group was(1.39±0.72),(1.14±0.26),(1.09±0.31),(0.72±0.37),(0.59±0.17)points,Both of them were significantly lower than the reference group(3.02±1.04),(2.49±0.38),(2.63±0.49),(1.56±0.45),(1.08±0.26)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing in bronchial asthma patients can significantly improve or eliminate their clinical symptoms,reduce the seizure frequency,ensure the quality of sleep,thereby improve their life quality,it has good prognosis.
