疏风清热、活血化瘀法治疗过敏性紫癜临床疗效分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨应用辽宁中医药大学附属医院血液科传统院内制剂——愈风消斑汤联合西药治疗风盛血热型过敏性紫癜的疗效。方法:选取我院2015年7月—2016年10月符合条件的风盛血热型过敏性紫癜患者随机分为两组。治疗组(36例)和对照组(32例)分别给予西医常规治疗联合愈风消斑汤治疗和西药常规治疗。结果:治疗组显效率为94.44%,明显高于对照组的78.13%;治疗组复发率为5.56%,明显低于对照组的9.38%。治疗组临床症状改善情况、24 h尿蛋白含量及血清IgA含量变化均优于对照组。结论:治以疏风清热、活血化瘀的传统院内制剂愈风消斑汤联合西药治疗风盛血热型过敏性紫癜可有效改善临床症状,提高疗效并减少复发。 Objective:To investigate the effect of Yufeng Xiaoban Decoction traditionally prepared by the department of hemotology of our hospital combined with Western medicine in treating excessive wind and hot blood type henoch-Sch?nlein purpura(HSP).Methods:The patients with excessive wind and hot blood type HSP who met the qualification were randomly divided into 2 groups with 36 cases in the treatment group and 32 cases in the control group.Patients from the treatment group were given conventional treatment by Western medicine combined with Yufeng Xiaoban Decoction while those from the control group were given conventional treatment by Western medicine.Results:The effective rate of treatment group was 94.44%,significantly higher than 78.13%of the control group;the recurrence rate of the treatment group was 5.56%,significantly lower than 9.38%of the control group.The improvement of clinical symptoms,24 h urinary protein content and serum IgA content in the treatment group were better than those in the control group.Conclusion:Yufeng Xiaoban Decoction combined with Western medicine can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,improve the curative effect and reduce the recurrence of HSP.
