中医药治疗小儿流行性感冒研究进展

Research Progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine for the Treatment of Influenza in Children

小儿流行性感冒是由流感病毒引起,具有较强的传染性。由于流感病毒的易变性和突发性,许多抗病毒药物难以达到理想的治疗效果。另外,一些抗病毒药物的副作用也给流感患儿带来了很大的危害。随着中医药治疗小儿流感的临床应用更加广泛,中医药逐渐表现出其独特的优势。同时,中医药研究工作者结合现代先进的科研方法和手段,挖掘出了很多新的抗流感病毒中药、活性部位及单体成分,并深入阐释了其抗流感病毒的作用机制,不仅为中医药临床治疗小儿流感提供了丰富的现代研究依据,也为抗流感中药新药的快速发展奠定了一定的研究基础。但因流感病毒的易突变性、突发性和迅速传染性等特点,中医药治疗小儿流感的任务仍然非常艰巨。该研究基于相关文献研究,就目前中医药临床治疗小儿流感的现状,以及当前中医药抗流感病毒的基础研究进行总结,希望对中医药治疗小儿流行性感冒的临床应用、中医药抗流感病毒的实验研究以及相关'源于临床,证于实验,服务临床'的相互转化研究有一定的指导意义。

Influenza in children is caused by influenza virus,and it is highly contagious.Due to the variability and abruptness of the influenza virus,many antiviral drugs are difficult to achieve ideal treatment outcome.In addition,the side effects of some antiviral drugs have also brought great harm to pediatric patients infected by influenza virus.With the wider application of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in the treatment of influenza in children,TCM has gradually demonstrated its unique advantages.At the same time,TCM researchers combined with modern and advanced scientific research methods and tools have unearthed many new TCM against influenza virus,active parts and monomer components,and also explained in depth the mechanism of its anti-influenza virus action.It not only provides modern research basis for clinical treatment of influenza in children,but also lays a certain research foundation for the rapid development of new anti-influenza TCM.However,due to the mutability,burstiness,and rapid infectivity of influenza virus,the task of TCM in the treatment of influenza in children is still very arduous.This research based on relevant literature research summarizes the current status of clinical treatment of influenza in children by TCM,and the basic research on current anti-influenza virus of TCM,hoping to provide certain guiding significance for clinical treatment of influenza in children using TCM,experimental study on anti-influenza of TCM,and the related'coming from clinic-demonstrated by experiment-serving clinical'mutual transformation research.
