基于数据挖掘技术的气虚血瘀型慢性心力衰竭组方规律研究

Study on the Prescription of Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis Type Chronic Heart Failure Based on Data Mining Technology

目的:基于中医传承辅助系统软件,对气虚血瘀型慢性心力衰竭的组方规律进行分析,探讨治疗气虚血瘀型慢性心力衰竭的组方规律。方法:收集并整理现代临床研究中有关于治疗气虚血瘀型慢性心力衰竭的文献,进行勘误后建立统一规范的数据库,于数据库基础上通过中医传承辅助系统软件(V2.5),对治疗气虚血瘀型慢性心力衰竭的组方规律进行数据挖掘。结果:共筛选有效文献163篇,有效方剂155首,包含152种药物,药物出现频数1557次,挖掘出核心药物25种,核心药物组合16个及新药物组合8个。结论:所挖掘出的核心药物及核心药物组合体现出治疗气虚血瘀型慢性心力衰竭的核心组方规律以益气活血为核心,同时辅以温阳、滋阴、化瘀、利水等;挖掘的新药物组合为本病气虚血瘀证型的各类兼证治疗提供参考;中医传承辅助系统对研究疾病药物组方规律及挖掘新药物组合具有积极意义。

Objective:Based on the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary system software,analyze the prescription law of chronic heart failure with Qi deficiency and blood stasis,and explore the prescription law of treating chronic heart failure with deficiency of blood stasis.Methods:Collect and organize the literatures on the treatment of chronic heart failure with Qi deficiency and blood stasis in modern clinical research,establish a unified and standardized database after errata,and use the statistics of the Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary system software(V2.5)on the basis of the database.Methods,improved mutual information method,complex system entropy clustering,unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering and other data mining methods for data mining of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type chronic heart failure.Results:A total of 163 effective literatures were screened,155 effective prescriptions,including 152 drugs,the frequency of drug occurrence was 1557 times,25 core drugs were excavated,16 core drug combinations(correlation coefficient≥0.02)and 8 new drug combinations.Conclusion:The core drug and core drug combination excavated reflects the core group rule of treating chronic heart failure with Qi deficiency and blood stasis,with Yiqi Huoxue as the core,supplemented by Wenyang,Ziyin,Huayu,Lishui,etc.;The new drug combination provides reference for all kinds of syndrome treatment of Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome;the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance system has positive significance for studying the prescription of disease drugs and mining new drug combinations.
