中医外治膝骨性关节炎实验研究进展

Experimental Research Progress of External Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis by Traditional Chinese Medicine

膝骨性关节炎是中老年人的常见病,严重影响中老年人的健康,且其发病率呈上升趋势,因此诊治膝骨性关节炎对改善老年人健康,提高生活质量具有重要意义。中医外治本病具有独特优势。近年来,针灸推拿治疗、热熨治疗等中医外治法在治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床应用较多,但治疗机理研究较少。该文通过查阅近几年文献,总结分析中医外治法治疗膝骨性关节炎的实验研究进展,并做一综述,为其临床应用提供现代医学理论支持。

Knee osteoarthritis is a common disease among the elderly,seriously affecting the health of the elderly,and the incidence of incidence is on the rise,so the diagnosis and treatment of knee osteoarthritis to improve the health of the elderly,improve the quality of life has important significance.TCM has unique advantages in external treatment of this disease.In recent years,acupuncture and massage therapy,hot ironing therapy and other external treatment methods of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis clinical application is more,but less research on the treatment mechanism.Through reviewing the literature in recent years,this paper summarizes and analyzes the experimental research progress of external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine for knee osteoarthritis,and makes a review to provide modern medical theory support for its clinical application.
