Professor Liu Lifang’s Data Mining Research on the Treatment of Breast Cancer

目的:总结刘丽芳教授诊疗乳腺癌的临床用药经验并归纳探讨其诊疗乳腺癌的遣方用药规律,初步提取刘丽芳教授临床辨证论治乳腺癌的学术思想。方法:收集并整理刘丽芳教授临床辨证论治乳腺癌处方,进行勘误后建立乳腺癌遣方用药数据库,于数据库基础上运用软件集成数据挖掘方法,对所选处方进行用药频次统计、用药模式及配伍关联规则分析,以得到刘丽芳教授辨证论治乳腺癌的用药经验(规律),并在核心药物组合的基础上演化出新处方。结果:通过对刘丽芳教授治疗乳腺癌的84份门诊病历处方进行分析,总用药频次为1551次,共使用52味药,19味核心药物,其中药物出现频次以补益药最高,占总用药频次的69.24%,进行统计分析后获得用药规律(模式)14条(其中对药模式13条、3味药模式1条),并得到新处方5个。结论:刘丽芳教授治疗乳腺癌遣方用药以辨证论治为基础,在继承传统选方的基础上加以创新,其所采用药物以扶正为要,兼顾正虚邪实,并辅之活血化瘀、清热解毒、化痰软坚等治法,将'病证结合'贯穿在乳腺癌治疗的全过程中。

Objective:To summarize the clinical experience of Professor LIU Lifang in the diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer,and to summarize the prescriptions of the treatment and treatment of breast cancer,and to extract the academic thought of Professor LIU Lifang on clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment of breast cancer.Methods:Collect and organize Professor LIU Lifang’s clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment of breast cancer prescriptions,establish a database of breast cancer repatriation drugs after errata,and use software integrated data mining methods on the basis of database to conduct drug statistics,medication patterns and compatibility rules for selected prescriptions.Analysis,in order to get Professor LIU Lifang’s experience in the treatment of breast cancer syndrome(rule),and evolve a new prescription based on the core drug combination.Results:By analyzing the prescriptions of 84 outpatient medical records for treatment of breast cancer by Professor LIU Lifang,the total frequency of medication was1551 times.A total of 52 herbs and 19 core drugs were used.The frequency of drug abuse was the highest,and the frequency of total drug use was the highest.69.24%,after statistical analysis,14 medication rules(modes)were obtained(13 of the drug mode and 1 drug model),and 5 new prescriptions were obtained.Conclusion:Professor LIU Lifang’s treatment of breast cancer is based on syndrome differentiation and treatment,and innovates on the basis of inheriting the traditional selection.The drugs used are based on righting up,taking into account the essence and evil spirits,supplemented by promoting blood circulation,clearing away heat and detoxification.The treatment of phlegm and blood stasis,and the combination of'sickness and syndrome'throughout the whole process of breast cancer treatment.
