中药单体抗皮肤鳞状细胞癌研究进展

Advances in the Research of Monomers from Herbal Medicine Against Cutaneous Squamous Cell Carcinoma

皮肤鳞状细胞癌是一种发病率较高的恶性肿瘤,病情发展快,破坏性大,可发生多处转移,严重威胁着人类的生命健康。在临床治疗肿瘤过程中,手术、放化疗等基本手段显现出明显的不良反应和局限性,近年来中药以其安全性高、不良反应小等抗肿瘤作用日益受到医学界重视。随着对中药研究的深入,从中药中提取分离的有效单体在生物活性方面表现出多种抗肿瘤作用。该篇综述总结了当前中药单体对皮肤鳞状细胞癌的研究进展,旨在为临床应用和深入研究提供参考。

Cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma is a malignant skin tumor with a high incidence.This destructive disease has the characteristics of rapid development and multiple metastases,threatening human life and health.Basic methods such as surgery,radiotherapy and chemotherapy show obvious side effects and limitations in the process of clinical oncotherapy.The anti-tumor effect of traditional Chinese medicine due to its high safety and small side effects have been paid more attention in the medical community.With the deepening research of traditional Chinese medicine,traditional Chinese medicine monomer as an active ingredient extracted from traditional Chinese medicine has multiple anti-tumor effects in biological activity.This review summarizes the current research progress of traditional Chinese medicine monomers on cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma,aiming at providing a reference for clinical application and in-depth research.
