五苓散加减方治疗糖尿病肾病疗效评价

Efficacy Evaluation of Wuling Powder in the Treatment of Diabetic Kidney Disease

目的:对公开发表的五苓散加减方治疗DKD的临床研究进行Meta分析,以评价五苓散治疗DKD的疗效及安全性。方法:通过计算机对万方、CNKI、维普、Pubmed等中英文数据库进行检索,选择以五苓散加减方作为干预措施治疗DKD的随机对照试验的临床研究,认真通读全文,提取文献基本信息并对其进行质量评价,使用Cochrane协作网提供的Review Manager 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果:最终共筛选出13篇符合纳入标准的临床文献,包含1152例受试患者。统计分析结果:五苓散治疗DKD在总有效率、24 h尿量、24 h尿蛋白量、血肌酐(SCR)、尿素氮(BUN)、空腹血糖、白蛋白(ALB)以及血脂情况上均具有明显的统计学意义,治疗组的疗效均优于对照组。其中有1篇文献提及了五苓散治疗DKD的不良反应,但治疗组与对照组间的差异没有统计学意义。结论:应用五苓散治疗DKD患者有效并且安全,但仍然需要高质量的临床研究来进一步验证。

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Wuling powder in the treatment of diabetic kidney disease(DKD),this study made a meta-analysis on publicly published clinical study of Wuling powder with addition and subtraction method in the treatment of DKD.Methods:Wanfang,CNKI,VTTMS,Pubmed and other Chinese and English databases were retrieved by computer,and the clinical study of the randomized controlled trial which chose Wuling powder with addition and subtraction method as the intervention measures was selected.The full text was carefully read;the basic information of the literature was extracted and evaluated in its quality,Meta analysis using the Review Manager 5.3 software provided by the Cochrane Collaboration Network.Results:A total of 13 clinical literatures were screened to meet the inclusion criteria,including 1152 patients.Statistical analysis results:Wuling powder had obvious statistical significance in the treatment of DKD from total efficiency,24 h urine volume,24 h urinary protein volume,serum creatinine(SCR),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),fasting blood glucose,albumin(ALB)and blood lipids,the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Among them,1 literature mentioned the adverse reactions of Wuling powder in the treatment of DKD,but there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group.Conclusion:The application of Wuling powder in the treatment of DKD patients is effective and safe,but high quality clinical research is still needed to further verify it.
