针刺联合补正续骨丸治疗肝肾亏虚型膝骨性关节炎临床疗效

Clinical Effect of Acupuncture Combined with Buzheng Xugu Wan on Treating Liver and Kidney Deficiency Syndrome of Knee Osteoarthritis

目的:探讨针刺联合补正续骨丸治疗肝肾亏虚型膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:选取医院收治膝骨性关节炎患者的108例,依据随机数字表法随机分为对照组和治疗组,各54例,对照组给予外用扶他林治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上应用针刺联合补正续骨丸进行治疗,两组患者进行为期15 d的治疗。治疗结束后计算两组的临床总有效率,比较两组患者治疗前后中医症状积分,采用VAS评分评定患者膝骨性关节炎疼痛程度,采用WOMAC骨关节炎评分比较两组患者治疗前后日常活动度、晨起膝关节僵硬和膝痛评分。结果:治疗组临床总有效率为92.59%,对照组临床总有效率为77.78%,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后较对照组患者症状积分降低幅度更大(P<0.05);治疗组VAS评分较对照组下降幅度更显著(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后日常活动度、晨起膝关节僵硬、膝痛均明显降低(P<0.05),且治疗组变化程度更为明显(P<0.05)。结论:针刺联合补正续骨丸,可以改善肝肾亏虚型膝骨性关节炎患者临床症状和体征,对于肝肾亏虚型膝骨性关节炎有较好的治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of acupuncture combined with Buzheng Xugu Wan on treating liver and kidney deficiency syndrome of knee osteoarthritis.Methods:108 patients with knee osteoarthritis in our hospital were selected for experimental study and randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 54 cases in each group according to the table of random number.The control group was given external use of votalin.The treatment group applied acupuncture combined with Buzheng Xugu Wan on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 15 days.The clinical total effective rate of the two groups was calculated after the treatment.The scores of TCM symptoms before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.VAS score was used to evaluate the pain degree of patients with knee osteoarthritis.The western Ontario and McMaster universities osteoarthritis index(WOMAC)was used to compare the mobility of daily living,scores of knee stiffness and knee pain in the morning of the two groups before and after treatment to evaluate the knee joint function of the two groups.Results:The clinical total effective rate of treatment group and control group were 92.59%and 77.78%,respectively,the rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The symptom scores in both groups were decreased after treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group decreased significantly compared with the control group(P<0.05).The VAS score in the treatment group decreased more significantly than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of mobility of daily living,knee stiffness and knee pain of the two groups were significantly reduced(P<0.05),and the treatment group decreased significantly compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The acupuncture combined with Buzheng Xugu Wan can improve clinical symptoms and signs of patients with liver and kidney deficiency syndrome of knee osteoarthritis,and has better treatment effect on liver and kidney deficiency syndrome of knee osteoarthritis,and is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
