温针灸联合痛泻要方对腹泻型功能性肠病疗效及生存质量影响

Effect of Needle Warming Therapy Combined with Tongxie Yaofang on Curative Effect and Life-Quality of Diarrhea-type Functional Bowel Disease

目的:探讨温针灸联合痛泻要方对腹泻型功能性肠病疗效及生存质量的影响。方法:收集医院收治的腹泻型功能性肠病患者116例,依据随机数字表法随机分为对照组和治疗组,各58例,对照组予以蒙脱石散及复方嗜酸乳杆菌片治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上应用温针灸联合痛泻要方进行干预,两组患者均治疗4周。比较两组患者临床疗效、生存质量及中医证候积分改善情况。结果:治疗组临床总有效率为89.66%,对照组临床总有效率为74.14%,说明治疗组临床总有效率更高,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,与对照组相比,治疗组患者中医证候积分降低更为明显(P<0.05);治疗后,与对照组相比,治疗组患者生存质量提高更显著(P<0.05)。结论:温针灸联合痛泻要方对腹泻型功能性肠病具有良好的改善作用,其中温针灸可起到温经散寒、疏通气血之功效,痛泻要方起到补脾柔肝、祛湿止泻之妙用,两者联合使用,共奏调和肝脾、渗湿止泻的临床疗效,亦可提高患者生存质量。

Objective:The purpose of this study was to investigate the therapeutic effect of needle warming therapy combined with Tongxie Yaofang on curative effect and life-quality of diarrhea-type functional bowel disease.Methods:116 patients with diarrhea-type functional bowel disease in our hospital were selected for experimental study and randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 58 cases in each group according to the table of random number.The control group was given Montmorillonite Powder and Eosinophil-Lactobacillus Compound Tablets.The treatment group applied needle warming therapy combined with Tongxie Yaofang on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy,quality of life and improvement of TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were compared.Results:The clinical total effective rate of treatment group and control group were 89.66%and74.14%,respectively,the rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome score of the patients in the treatment group decreased more significantly than the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The improvement of lifequality of the patients in the treatment group increased more significantly than the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Needle warming therapy combined with Tongxie Yaofang has a good improvement effect on diarrhea-type functional bowel disease.Needle warming therapy can play a role in warming channel and expelling cold,promoting flow of qi and blood.Tongxie Yaofang has the wonderful effect of tonifying spleen and softing liver,eliminating dampness to stop diarrhea.The combination of the two methods can play the clinical effect of regulating the function of the liver and spleen,excreting dampness to antidiarrheal,and can also improve the quality of life of patients.
