中医药联合化疗治疗大肠癌研究进展

Research Progress of Chinese Medicine Combined with Chemotherapy in Treatment of Colorectal Cancer

大肠癌是常见的消化道恶性肿瘤之一,目前临床上大肠癌的治疗方法多样。其中,化疗是西医治疗大肠癌的主要方法之一,具有抑制病情进展,延长患者生存期等作用。但同时也会引起恶心呕吐、手足麻木、血细胞减少、器官损害等毒副反应。中医药治疗是肠癌治疗的重要组成部分。不少相关研究表明,中医药联合化疗治疗大肠癌可起到增强抗肿瘤疗效,减轻化疗毒副反应,降低耐药性等作用。今后应重视中医药联合化疗在肠癌治疗方面的作用,设计更加严谨可信的对照实验及进行更深入的药物机理的研究,以期为临床提供参考。

Colorectal cancer is one of the common gastrointestinal malignancies.At present clinical treatment of colorectal cancer is diverse.And chemotherapy is one of the main methods of treating colorectal cancer in western medicine,which has the effect of inhibiting the progression of the disease and prolonging the survival of patients.However,Chemotherapy can also cause nausea and vomiting,numbness of the hands and feet,the decrease in the number of blood cells,organ damag and other side effects.Treatment of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)is an important part of colorectal cancer treatment.Relevant studies have shown that TCM combined with chemotherapy can enhance the anti-tumor effect,reduce the toxic side effect of chemotherapy,reduce drug resistance and other effects.In the future,we should pay more attention to the role of TCM combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of colorectal cancer,design more rigorous and credible control experiments and conduct more in-depth research on the mechanism of drug,so as to provide the reference for clinic.
