从“肝主泣”辨治干眼临床体会

Clinical Experience in the Treatment of Dry Eyes from “Liver Controlling Weep”

肝主泪液,润泽目珠,干眼的发病与肝密切相关,秉从'肝主泣'理论,临床分肝郁气滞证、郁火上冲证、肝经湿热证、肝血不足证、肝肾亏虚证辨治干眼,自拟方养阴润目汤内服、精草润目液滴眼,辨证加减,常可获取良效。

Liver main tear,moistening eye,the onset of dry eye is closely related to the liver,bing from the'liver controlling weep'theory,clinical points liver stagnation qi stagnation syndrome,depression fire on chong syndrome,liver meridian dampness and heat syndrome,liver blood deficiency syndrome,liver and kidney deficiency syndrome for the treatment of dry eyes,from the formula Yangyin runmu decoction,Jingcao Kunmu drops,dialectical addition and subtraction,often can obtain good effect.
