摘要
目的:研究旨在探究防霾止咳方治疗PM2.5致慢性咳嗽的疗效及机制。方法:选取沈阳市经常暴露于PM2.5污染的180例高危人群与非经常暴露于PM2.5污染的180例人群作为研究对象,其中防霾止咳方中药治疗组(治疗组)包括男100例,女80例;正常健康组(对照组)包括男90例,女90例。通过量化测定两组研究对象治疗前、治疗后2周、治疗后4周的肺功能及血清炎症因子白介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)。结果:两组治疗前肺功能(FVC、FEV1.0、FVC%、FEV1.0%、V25、V50、V75)及IL-6、TNF-α比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组人群肺功能低于对照组,治疗组人群IL-6、TNF-α水平高于对照组;经过治疗2周后,治疗组人群肺功能及IL-6、TNF-α均得到改善,但与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经过治疗4周后,治疗组人群肺功能及IL-6、TNF-α水平恢复接近正常水平,与对照组比较差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:防霾止咳方能够起到有效治疗PM2.5污染所致的慢性咳嗽的作用,治疗4周时人群肺功能能够接近正常水平。防霾止咳方能够通过调节机体血清炎症因子IL-6、TNF-α起到治疗PM2.5污染所致的慢性咳嗽的目的。
Objective:The purpose of this study was to investigate the efficacy and mechanism of the Haze-proof Cough-relieving Decoction in the treatment of chronic cough caused by PM2.5.Methods:This project has been selected 180 high-risk people frequently exposed to PM2.5 pollution in Shenyang and 180 people not regularly exposed to PM2.5 pollution as research objects,wherein the Chinese herbal medicine treatment group(treatment group)of the Haze-proof Cough-relieving Decoction included 100 males and 80 females,and the normal health group(control group)included 90 males and 90 females,and carried out quantitative determination on the lung functions and serum inflammatory factors interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)of two research objects in pre-treatment,2 weeks after treatment and 4 weeks after treatment.Results:By comparison,differences in the lung functions(FVC,FEV1.0,FVC%,FEV1.0%,V25,V50,V75)and IL-6 and TNF-αof the two groups in pre-treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05),wherein the lung functions of the people in the treatment group were lower than those of the people in the control group,and the IL-6 and TNF-αlevels in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group.After 2 weeks of treatment,the lung functions,IL-6 and TNF-αin the treatment group were all improved,but the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05)in comparison with the control group.After 4 weeks of treatment,the lung functions and the IL-6 and TNF-αlevels in the treatment group were recovered to near normal levels,and the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05)in comparison with the control group.Conclusion:The Haze-proof Cough-relieving Decoction can effectively treat chronic cough caused by PM2.5 pollution.The lung functions of people were close to the normal levels after 4 weeks of treatment.The Haze-proof Cough-relieving Decoction can treat the chronic cough caused by PM2.5 pollution by means of regulating the serum inflammatory factors IL-6 and TNF-αof bodies.
