中药材中农药残留及其分析检测研究进展 被引量:29

摘要 中药材的质量安全性是影响中药产品质量和药效的关键因素,同时也严重制约着中药的现代化和国际化发展。在中药材种植过程中农药的使用对防治病虫害、提高中药材产量和保证中药产业的经济效益起到了积极的促进作用,但是农药的长期使用和滥用不仅造成严重的环境污染,带有农药残留的中药材进入人体后,使得中药材本身的药效降低,同时农药本身严重损害着人体健康。研究重点阐述了中药材中农药残留污染现状,讨论农残检测过程中常见的样品前处理技术以及常用的检测方法,以期为中药材绿色种植、促进中药材产业科学发展提供理论基础。 The safety of Chinese materia medica is a key factor affecting the quality and efficacy,which also seriously restricts the modernization and internationalization.The use of pesticides in the process of planting Chinese materia medica has played a positive role in the prevention and control of pests and diseases,increasing the output of Chinese medicinal materials and ensuring the economic benefits of the Chinese medicinal industry.However,the long-term use and abuse of pesticides not only cause serious environmental pollution,but also reduce the efficacy of Chinese materia medica.The status of pesticide residue in Chinese materia medica,sample pretreatment techniques and common detection methods were emphatically discussed in this research,in order to provide theoretical basis for the green planting and scientific development of Chinese materia medica in the future.
