早期介入针刺结合现代康复护理用于脑出血术后临床疗效观察

Clinical Effects of Interventional Acupuncture Combined with Modern Rehabilitation Nursing on Postoperative Cerebral Hemorrhage at Early Stage

目的:探讨早期介入针刺结合现代康复护理用于脑出血术后的临床疗效。方法:选择2015年6月—2018年6月在医院诊断治疗的急性脑出血患者60例为研究对象,随机分为早期组与晚期组各30例。两组均采用手术治疗,术后给予现代康复护理。早期组在术后2~5 d实施针刺治疗,晚期组在术后14~21 d实施针刺治疗。比较干预前后两组Brunnstrom评级、Barthel指数。结果:干预后,两组患侧上肢、手与下肢Brunnstrom评级较干预前显著改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后早期组患侧上肢、手与下肢Brunnstrom评级显著优于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,两组Barthel指数较干预前显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,早期组Barthel指数(66.3±7.5)分,显著高于晚期组的(51.6±8.2)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:脑出血患者术后早期给予进行针刺结合康复护理能够显著改善患者患侧肢体功能、日常生活活动能力。

Objective:To discuss the clinical effects of interventional acupuncture combined with modern rehabilitation nursing on postoperative cerebral hemorrhage at early stage.Methods:Sixty cases with acute intracerebral hemorrhage diagnosed and treated in hospital from January to December 2017 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into early group and late group with 30 cases in each group.The two groups were all treated by operation,and modern rehabilitation nursing was given after operation.The early group received acupuncture treatment on the 2-5 day after operation,while the late group received acupuncture treatment on the 14-21 day after operation.The Brunnstrom rating and Barthel index were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results:After intervention,the Brunnstrom rating of affected upper limbs,hands and lower limbs in the two groups was significantly improved compared with that before intervention(P<0.05).The Brunnstrom rating of affected upper limb,hand and lower limb in early intervention group was significantly better than that before intervention,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After intervention,the Barthel index of the two groups increased significantly compared with that before intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the Barthel index of the early group was(66.3±7.5)points,which was significantly higher than that of the late group(51.6±8.2)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early post-operative acupuncture combined with rehabilitation nursing can significantly improve the limb function and activities of daily living of patients with cerebral hemorrhage.
