中药复方益糖康治疗2型糖尿病研究进展

2型糖尿病(Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus,T2DM)即中医所说的'消渴',是一种以高血糖为主要特征的慢性代谢性疾病,需要长期治疗。而中医药又在治疗上起到了独特的优势,越来越受到人们的重视。中药复方益糖康作为一种治疗糖尿病及其糖尿病并发症的中药新药,以健脾益气、活血养阴为总的治疗原则,对于控制糖尿病患者的血糖以及延缓其并发症的发生发展起到了可见的疗效性作用。该文主要从益糖康的药物研究、基础研究、临床疗效研究三大方面进行综述。

Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus(T2DM),which is called'xiaoke'by Chinese medicine,is a chronic metabolic disease characterized by high blood sugar and requires long-term treatment.Traditional Chinese medicine has played a unique advantage in treatment and has received more and more attention.As a new traditional Chinese medicine for treating diabetes and its diabetic complications,Chinese herbal compound Yitangkang is based on the principle of strengthening the spleen and replenishing qi and promoting blood circulation and nourishing yin.It has played a role in controlling the blood sugar of diabetic patients and delaying the occurrence and development of complications.Visible therapeutic effect.This article mainly reviews the three aspects of drug research,basic research and clinical efficacy research of Yitangkang.
