再论当代中国逆城镇化研究

On Contemporary China's Research on Counterurbanization

当代中国学术界对"逆城镇化有无"、"逆城镇化真伪"以及"逆城镇化同异"等问题存在误解与争议,影响到当代中国逆城镇化的持续深入研究。当代中国现行制度设计难以发生西方逆城镇化实践。然而,1949年以后中国城镇化实践的特殊性,决定逆城镇化多样性,分别展现"国家中心"、"社会转型"以及"个体赋权"的实践逻辑。与西方逆城镇化所不同的是,中国城镇化进程中,逆城镇化与城镇化率高低没有必然联系,而与时间节点、制度设计、政策实施、资源分配以及发展阶段存在较为密切的联系,受制于国家、社会以及个体三者的结构关系。

The contemporary Chinese academic circles for 'the counter urbanization','the counter urbanization'and 'the counter urbanization difference and'there are some problems such as disputes and misunderstandings,affect the inverse urbanization continue in-depth study in contemporary China.The current system design in contemporary China is difficult to take place in the practice of western reverse urbanization.After 1949,however,China’s urbanization particularity decided to reverse the urbanization practice diversity,respectively show 'national center','social transformation'and 'individual empowerment'logic,the practice of booster inverse theory of urbanization in China.Unlike western inverse urbanization,China’s urbanization process,the inverse of the urbanization and urbanization rate will not necessarily linked,and with time node,system design,policy implementation,resource allocation,and stage of development is closely related,subject to the state,society and individual relationship structure.
