农村家庭养老质量影响因素的实证研究——基于江苏、辽宁、湖北三省的调查分析

Analysis on the Influencing Factors of Rural Family Old-age Care Quality——Based on Surveys in Jiangsu,Liaoning,and Hubei Provinces

农村家庭养老质量的提升对农村养老服务体系构建具有重要的作用。基于江苏、辽宁、湖北三省的调查数据,利用多元线性Logistic回归分析方法对农村家庭养老质量影响因素进行研究。研究结果显示,农民对养老服务的硬件建设需求迫切,但不限于养老机构;社工介入农村家庭养老服务没有得到广泛的认可,而社会服务组织参与农村家庭养老服务却具有一定的正向效应;收费性养老服务项目在农村具有一定的发展空间。根据结论提出如下政策建议:培育本土化的社会组织、实现家庭养老与机构养老的有效衔接、扩大农村家庭社会工作者规模、拓宽收费性养老服务在农村发展的渠道。

The improvement of the quality of old-age care for rural families plays an important role in the construction of rural aged care service system.Based on the survey data from Jiangsu,Liaoning,and Hubei provinces,a multivariate linear logistic regression analysis method was used to study the influencing factors of rural family pension quality.The results of the study show that the demand for hardware construction for elderly care services is urgent for farmers,but it is not limited to old-age care institutions.The involvement of social workers in rural family pension services is not widely recognized,and social service organizations have a certain positive effect on rural familyold-age care.The fee-based pension service projects have a certain space for development in rural areas.According to the conclusions,the following policy recommendations are proposed:nurturing localized social organizations,realizing effective convergence of family pensions and institutional pensions,expanding the scale of rural family social workers,and broadening the channels for the development of fee-based pension services in rural areas.
