保障房住区老年人居家养老服务需求及其影响因素分析——基于南京岱山保障房住区的调查

The Research on the Demand and Its Determinants of the Elderly in Affordable Housing Community for Home-based Care Service——Based on the Investigation in Daishan Affordable Housing Community of Nanjing

基于对南京市岱山保障房住区老年人服务需求的调查,分析保障房住区老年人对25项具体居家养老服务的需求状况,并对影响各类居家养老服务需求的因素分别进行二元logistic回归分析。研究发现居家养老服务需求的选择受到个体特征、家庭结构、经济状况、养老意愿等因素的影响,具体而言,现阶段对保障房住区老年人居家养老服务需求形成显著影响的主要是年龄、文化程度、健康状况、自理能力、退休前职业、居住方式和养老意愿。研究结论为建立健全居家养老服务体系提供了借鉴和参考。

Based on the survey data from service needs of the elderly in Daishan affordable housing of Nanjing,the demand for 25 types of home-based care services of the elderly in such community has been analyzed.Logistic regression analysis on determinants that influence the choice of the elderly for different kinds of home-based care services has been conducted.We found that the service demands of the elderly could be influenced by individual characteristics,family structure,economic status,and elderly care intention.Specifically,age,education,self-care ability,living arrangement and elderly care intention have significant influence on the needs of the elderly for home-based care service at this stage.The conclusion provides reference for establishing and improving the home-based care system.
