澳门经济适度多元化视阈下特色金融及其人才发展路径刍议

Research on Distinctive Finance and Finance Talent’s Development Strategy in View of Macao’s Economy Proper Diversification

作为'中葡平台'的澳门是世界上最为发达的经济体之一,其有着独特的经济特点和区位优势,在'一带一路'和'粤港澳大湾区'的战略背景下,澳门正迎来再一次飞跃发展的机遇。然而博彩业'一业独大'的局面在为澳门带来丰厚可观的利润同时也成为澳门健康发展的限制性因素,着力打造特色金融业可以助力澳门经济适度多元化发展,成为澳门经济产业构成的有益补充,而一个行业可以蓬勃发展的重要因素来自于'人'。为此,文章在分析了澳门特色金融业发展现状及嬗变路径选择这一经济背景的同时,亦探讨了与之配套的特色金融人才发展路径,并构建了澳门经济适度多元化与特色金融及其人才发展的关系路径图。

Macao as the platform for economic and trade cooperation between China and Portuguese-speaking countries is one of the most developed economies in the world,its unique economic characteristics and location advantages,Macao is facing developing opportunity again in the'The Belt and Road Initiative'and'Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area'strategy background.However,the situation of'one-industry dominance'in gambling has not only brought considerable profits to Macao,but also become a restrictive factor for the healthy development of Macao.Efforts to build the distinctive finance help Macao develop economic diversification and become a beneficial supplement to Macao’s economic structure,and the important factor that an industry can flourish is'Human'.Therefore,while analyzing the economic background of the development status and evolution path selection of Macao’s distinctive finance,this paper also discusses the development Strategy of distinctive finance talent,and constructs the relationship path chart of Macao’s economy proper diversification,distinctive finance and its talent development.
