摘要
目的建立测定松果菊苷、毛蕊花糖苷、异麦角甾苷、2'-乙酰基麦角甾苷的胶束毛细管电泳方法。方法高效毛细管电泳仪采用PDA检测器,紫外检测波长为214 nm,分离使用内壁未涂覆的石英毛细管,60.2 cm×75.0μm,有效长度为50.0 cm。研究运行电解质及胶束浓度对分析的影响。结果在100mmol/L硼砂、40mmol/L十二烷基硫酸钠,18kV的胶束毛细管电泳分离电压条件下,实现了对上述活性分析物的有效分离。结论此胶束毛细管电泳方法准确、简单、快速,可用于新疆产管花肉苁蓉中上述活性成分的测定及肉苁蓉的质量控制。
Objective To develop a micellarelectrokinetic capillary electrophoresis method to study the active compounds of echinacoside,acteoside and isoacteoside in Cistanchedeseriicola.Methods The capillary electrophoresis was performed using a 60.2 cm(50.0 cm to the detector)×75.0 μm fused silica capillary.PDA detection was employed at a wavelength of 214 nm.The effect of running electrolytes and micellar concentration on separation was investigated.Results The optimal conditions of this micellarelectrokinetic capillary electrophoresis method were100 mmol/L borate,40 mmol/L sodium dodecyl sulfate and 18 kV apphed voltage.Conclusion This method is accurate,simple,fast,and can be used in the measurement and quality control of the active ingredient in Cistanchedeserticola in Xinjiang uygur autonomous region.
