基于引导式教育的悬吊训练在改善痉挛型脑性瘫痪患儿下肢肌张力中的应用 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨基于引导式教育的悬吊训练在改善痉挛型脑性瘫痪(SCP)患儿下肢肌张力中的应用。方法选取2016年1月—2018年1月南京医科大学附属儿童医院收治的SCP患儿120例,依据随机数字表法分为A、B组,每组60例,A组给予常规悬吊训练,B组给予基于引导式教育的悬吊训练,比较2组下肢肌张力及运动、平衡功能。结果 B组下肢肌张力改善有效率明显高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);A、B组治疗1、3个月后下肢Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分法(FMA)、儿童平衡量表(PBS)得分明显高于治疗前,B组治疗1、3个月后下肢FMA、PBS得分明显高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论基于引导式教育的悬吊训练可有效改善SCP患儿下肢肌张力,有利于改善患儿下肢运动、平衡功能,值得临床推广。 Objective To discuss the application of suspension training based on guided education in improving the lower limb muscle strength of children with spastic cerebral palsy(SCP).Methods 120 children with SCP were selected from January 2016 to January 2018 in Children’s Hospital of Nanjing Medical University,according to the random number table method,and they were divided into group A and group B,with 60 cases in each group.Group A was given routine suspension training,and group B suspension training based on guidance education.Then the lower limb muscle strength,motor and balance functions of the two groups were compared.Results The improvement rate of lower limb muscle strength in group B was significantly higher than that in group A,the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05).1 and 3 months after treatment,the lower limb Fugl-Meyer motor function score(FMA)and children balance scale(PBS)scores in the group A and group B were significantly higher than those in the before treatment,and the lower limb FMA and PBS scores in the group B in 1 and 3 months after treatment were significantly higher than those in the group A,the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The suspension training based on guidance education can effectively improve the lower limb muscle strength of children with SCP,it is useful in improving the lower limb movement and balance function of children,and thus is worthy of clinical promotion.
