改革开放40年党的建设的认识升华与理论创新

Cognitive Sublimation and Theoretical Innovation of the Party’s Building over the 40 Years of Reform and Opening-up

改革开放40年的实践与发展,既是不断深化改革、发展社会主义市场经济的40年,也是持续推进党的建设新的伟大工程、坚持与改善党的领导的40年;我们党在积极探索社会主义建设规律、不断深化对'什么是社会主义、怎样建设社会主义'的同时,也在积极探索共产党执政规律。改革开放40年来,通过不断深化对从严治党与党的建设基本方针、执政党建设根本目标与根本任务、党的建设主线与基本内容布局的认识,不断深化了对'什么是马克思主义执政党、怎样建设马克思主义执政党'的认识,在党的建设方面有许多理论创新与发展,既明确提出要加强党的执政理论体系建设,也明确提出要构建中国化马克思主义党建理论体系;要求我们党要以马克思主义执政理论体系与党建理论体系来指导党的建设。新时代全面加强党的建设,既要不忘初心、牢记使命,也要牢记改革开放40年管党治党的基本经验与启示,还要着力增强管党治党的系统性、整体性、预见性、科学性、创造性与实效性。

The 40 years of reform and opening up has not only seen the deepening of reform and development of the socialist market economy,but also the continuation to advance the new great project of Party building and the upholding and improving of the Party’s leadership.Our Party has been actively exploring the law of socialist construction,and deepening the knowledge of'what is socialism and how to build socialism',and in the meantime,also actively exploring the laws of governing the Communist Party.Over the past 40 years of reform and opening up,through deepening the understanding of the basic principles of strict management of the Party,the fundamental goals and tasks of the building of the ruling party,and the main line of the Party’s building and the layout of basic contents,the Party has continuously deepened the recognition of'what is the Marxist ruling party'and'how to build a Marxist ruling party',and has contributed a lot to theoretical innovation and development of the Party building theory.It not only explicitly proposes to strengthen the Party’s ruling theory system,but also proposes to build a Chinese Marxist Party building theory system.The Party should guide its construction with the Marxist ruling theory.To comprehensively strengthen the Party’s building in the new era,we must not forget the initial goal and keep in mind the mission.We must also bear in mind the basic experience and enlightenment of the Party’s management in the 40 years of reform and opening up.
