我国中学教师继续教育课程设置的现状分析

An Analysis of Middle School Teacher's Continuing Education Curriculum Provision

笔者通过对我国具有代表性的北京市、上海市、成都市等的中学教师继续教育课程设备现状的简要分析,从而提出现阶段我国中学教师继续教育课程设置中存在的几个问题:课程内容的理论性虽、实用性差;课程设置的随时意性大,流于形式;课程结构不合理。并对此作了深入的分析。

The paper,by a brief analysis of continuling education for middle school teachers in Beijing, Shanghai and Chengdu,holds that the content of the continuing education courses in our country are theoretical and formal rather than practical.Furthermore,the curriculum structure is not well organized.Some more detailed and profound analysis is also given.
