摘要
本文对学校教育工作特别是班级管理工作的一大难题——后进生的教育与疏导问题作了较为全面的探讨。文章界定了后进生的概念,概括了后进生的特征,分析了后进生的成因,介绍了后进生教育与疏导的方法,提出了教育疏导后进生的要求,并通过实例予以佐证。
The education and persuasion of the less-advanced students, a problem in school education, particularly in class management wotk, is thoroughly explored in the paper. The concept of less — advanced students is first defined before the discussion of their characteristics and the analysis of the causes. Some ways and requirements of education and persuasion of less— advanced students are slso introduced and exemplified.
