摘要
本文从教学过程的时代特征切入,对教学过程进行重新认识,认为教师在教学过程中应围绕传授知识、形成技能、培养智能、发展个性四个方面来进行教学设计与开展教学活动,构建丰富学生知识并完善学生人格的教学模式,促进学生身心健康发展,为21世纪培养合格的建设者和接班人。
The paper, upon reconsideration of teaching process, holds that in his teaching, a teacher should,by knowledge teaching, skill training, intelligence and personality developing, design his teaching plan and carry out his teaching activities and construct his teaching model which would enrich students' knowledge and develop their personality. Students'mental and physical development will ensure their positions in a rapid changing society.
