摘要
体育新课程对教师角色转变的目标要求是"由传授者转化为促进者,由管理者转化为引导者,由居高临下转向平等中的首席;体育教师不再是一个只董得教人如何运动的教练员,而是一具备现代教育观念和教育素养、知道如何进行课程建设以及如何运用体育教学方法促进学生全面发展的教育专业人员。"本文以体育教师的视角,根据新课程理论,结合体育教学实践,对其意义、内涵理解和实现途径等问题进行了初浅的探讨。
The requirements of the goals in curriculum standardards in terms of a teacher's role hold that a teacher should 'convert from an instructor into a promoter,a manager to a superior to an equal. 'A PE teacher is no longer a couch who knows only how to teach rather a professional educator who,with hia modern educational ideas and quality,knows how to develop his curriculum and how to teach to reach the goal of his students' overall development.
