摘要
本文通过对课程结构的探讨,试图构建中学教师继续教育的课程结构模式,这一模式由三个方面组成,即课程质的结构、课程类的结构、课程量的结构,这是一个动态的发展的课程结构。
The paper attempts to establish a model of middle school teachers' continual education curriculum,which consists of therr aspects,that is,the quality,quantity and category of the dynamic structure.
