三化联动背景下泸州沿江旅游经济带开发战略研究

Study of Luzhou Riverside Tourist Economic Belt Development Strategy in the Light of "Three '—zations'" Linkage

泸州长江段地处"中国白酒金三角"的腹地核心,区域交通畅达,沿岸旅游资源富集,具备开发建设沿江旅游经济带的良好条件。随着泸州经济转型升级,泸州沿江地区旅游开发迎来了一个非常有利的发展机遇期,据此,本文提出泸州沿江旅游经济带应充分利用良好机遇,依托整合现有资源,着力发展休闲度假旅游,做好"生态"、"名酒"和"城镇"三大文章,积极拉动白酒、果蔬渔业、旅游房地产三项产业,抓好沿江旅游经济带发展与保护桂圆种质基因库、建设城市生态公园、构筑长江生态保护屏障、统筹城乡发展的四大结合,谋求在三化联动背景下将泸州沿江经济带打造成为以旅游为主导的综合性产业发展带。

Located at the core of'China Liquor Gold Triangle', Luzhou Changjiang section area enjoys easy transportation and rich tourist resources which prepare well for the development of riverside tourist economic belt. With the transformation and upgrade of Luzhou economy, the riverside area tourist development faces a favorable opportunity. The paper holds that Luzhou riverside tourist economic belt should take the chance to integrate resources to stress on leisure tourism development, focus on ecology, famous liquor and city, develop liquor industry, fruit and vegetable and fishing industry and tourism real estate, develop and protect gene bank for Longan plantation, construct city ecological parks and Changjiang ecological protection barrier, balance urban-rural development in an attempt to make Luzhou riverside tourist economic belt a tourism-led comprehensive industry development belt.
