Working Content and Techniques of Vocational Councilors in Whole-process Vocational Guidance

在高等职业教育高速发展的今天,高职学生就业问题已成为热点问题。怎样提高高职大学生就业竞争力也已成为目前高职院校所面临的严峻课题,本文通过对高职毕业生就业现状的分析,提出了高职大学生就业指导全程化的工作内容,并探讨了辅导员在全程化就业指导中的工作方法。

With rapid development of vocational education the problem of vocational students' employment becomes hot. How to improve their employment competitiveness becomes a rigorous problem before vocational colleges. After the analysis of employment present status of vocational graduates, the paper puts forwards the working content of the whole-process employment guidance for students and discusses the techniques possibly used.
