论高校学生人身伤害事故防范体系的构建

高校学生人身伤害一旦发生,校方、家长、学生三方均会感到棘手而难以应付。实践中各高校对学生安全问题制定有各种预案,学界对此问题也从各种角度和体系进行探讨。但均不能涵盖所有高校学生所发生的人身伤害事故,也没有系统性的处理该问题的理论研究。本文对该问题仅简单、清晰地以身份进行定义,并把高校人身伤害事故分为两大类,认为综合利用学校与社会的各种资源建立起对该类事故的防范体系。

The college students personal injury once happened, the school, parents, students three party will feel difficult to deal with. In practice there are various plans for student safety problem formulation, scholars from various angles and system are discussed. But could not cover all the college students personal injury accidents happened, no theory to study the problem of the processing system. The definition to the identity of the problem is simple, clear, and the personal injury accidents are divided into two categories, that the comprehensive utilization of various resources of the society and the school set up on this kind of accident prevention system.
