高职汽车维修专业金工实习教学改革与探索

Vocational Auto-Maintenance Specialty Metal Working Practice Teaching Reform and Exploration

从教学内容与企业实际需求结合出发,对传统金工实习教学模式中存在问题进行分析,应当前汽车维修岗位技能要求发展的需要,提出了高职汽车维修专业金工实习教学改革方案,并从教学质量管理、硬件设施配套、师资队伍建设三个方面指明了汽车维修专业金工实习教学的改革思路。

In terms of the combination of teaching content and enterprises' needs the paper analyzes the problems in traditional metal working practice teaching model and presents a teaching reform plan for vocational auto-maintenance specialty metal working practice.It also discusses the reform idea in teaching quality management,supporting hardware facilities and teachers team construction.
