摘要
本文通过Hofstede文化模型,分析中美文化的差异,以及对人力资源管理中4P流程(招聘、培训、薪酬和绩效考核)的影响,概括介绍美国通用公司跨文化人力资源管理的策略,并且寻求中国企业在跨文化人力资源管理中的借鉴意义。
The paper,by means of Hofstede culture model,analyzes the differences between Chinese culture and American culture and their influences on 4P process(employment,training,salary and test) in human resources management.It also briefly introduces the strategies of Intercultural human resources management of General Motors Company and tries to find some reference for Chinese enterprises.
