摘要
南阳理工学院在教师队伍建设方面很有特色。一是高度重视师德培养,强调社会责任感。团队精神、敬业精神;二是大力促进教师专业发展,采用多种方式进行,其中,新教师入职培训和跨专业、转专业的学习培训最有特色;三是强调教师服务社会的能力,严把新教师入职关,要求教师具有市场价值,必须服务社会,无论是教学还是做项目均以市场需求为目标,成效显著。
In teachers' team construction Nanyang Polytechnic has its own characteristics. First, it places high importance in teachers' moral cultivation, social responsibility, team work and professional dedication spirit. Second, it strongly promotes teachers' development in many ways. New teachers training and inter-specialty and trans-specialty learning training are most attractive. Third, it stresses on teachers' ability to serve the society. New teachers are strictly examined before their teaching and they are required to serve the society and to pursue the goal of social demands whether teaching or projecting. The measures are quite effective.
