建立和完善高职院校党员主体地位保障机制的思考

确立党员主体地位对全面提高党的建设的科学化水平具有重大战略意义。当前高职院校党员主体地位缺失的原因较多,在新的历史条件下建立和完善党务公开、党内选举等制度,完善党员主体参与机制和党内监督制度,对于加强高职院校党内民主建设,推动高职院校的科学发展、和谐发展,具有十分重要的理论和现实意义。

The determination of party members' principle position is strategically significant for the overall im provement of scientific level of the Party's construction. There are many reasons for the absence of party members' principle position. In the new historical condition the building and perfection of open management of party affairs and inner-party election, perfection of party member subjectivity involvement mechanism and inner-party supervisory system are theoretically and practically significant for the strengthening of vocational college inner-party democracy construction and promotion of scientific development and harmonious development.
