Measures and Proposals on Problems in Vocational College Branches Directly Under the Party Committee

高职院校直属党支部处于教书育人、管理育人、服务育人的第一线。目前高职院校直属支部由于部分领导干部认识不到位和党务工作制度不健全等原因,致使直属党支部在思想建设、组织建设、作风建设和制度建设等方面仍存在不少问题。创新活动载体,激发党员主动性,加强思想建设、组织建设、作风建设和制度建设便成为高职院校直属党支部党建工作的重要任务。

Vocational college branches directly under the party committee are positioned in the front of teaching, management and service. Presently Problems in ideological, organizational and moral construction still exist resulting from some leading carder's insufficient recognition on the system and imperfection of working system. Thus constant innovation of activity carriers, stimulation of party members' initials, strengthening of ideological, organizational, moral and systematic construction of the party become an important task of vocational college branches directly under the party committee party construction.
