目前高职院校学困生的数量呈上升态势,成为校园中一个特殊的群体。学困生教育转化问题成为高职院校必须面对和解答的难题,也是高职教育的一个现实的课题。为此,应针对高职院校学困生的成因,采取教育转化学困生的措施。

Presently vocational college weak learners number is increasing. The education conversion of the special group has become a tough and practical problem for vocational colleges. The paper holds that colleges are to adopt measures to change the weak learners in regards with the causes.
