共情在新时期高职院校辅导员工作中的运用——以泸州职业技术学院为例

Application of Empathy in Vocational College Counselor's Work in New Time——To take Luzhou Vocational and Technical College's related situation as an example

共情是指能设身处地从别人的角度去体会并理解别人的情绪、需要和意图的一种态度和能力。本文结合新时期高职院校辅导员日益年轻化、专业化的特点,针对90后高职学生的管理,现状指出了运用共情的必要性,并初步探讨了共情在新时期高职院校辅导员工作中的具体运用。

Empathy is a kind of attitude and ability that can feel and understand other's emotions, needs and intentions. By studying vocational college counselor's characteristics of younger age and speciali zation as well as the management of vocational collage students who were born after 1990 s, this paper analyzes the necessity of the application and explores the specific application of empathy in vocational college counselor's work in new time.
