To satisfy the needs of the rapid development of our country economy secondary occupational edu cation cultivates a lot of basic skilled personnel. The education is considered more important in the whole education system. However,the complexity of the education makes reasonable assessment very difficult. Better assessment of secondary occupational education, particularly private ones, re quires more profound consideration.
