摘要
变电站巡检机器人是一种全自主运行的轮式机器人,可携带可见光摄像机、红外热像仪、拾音器等传感器对电力设备进行例行巡检,有效降低人工巡检的劳动强度,提高站内设备运行的可靠性。介绍目前变电站巡检机器人的国内外研究现状,探讨定位与导航、自主充电、后台管理及诊断等关键技术,展望其发展趋势与应用前景,以期为变电站巡检机器人的进一步开发利用提供参考。
Substation inspection robot is a wheeled robot of fully autonomous operation, which can carry a vis ible light camera, infrared thermal image instrument, the pickup sensor for routine inspection of electric power equipment to effectively reduce the labor intensity of manual inspection, improve the reliability of station equipment operation. This paper introduced the research status of substation inspection robot at home and abroad, discussed the key technologies of positioning and navigation,autonomous charging and background management and diagnosis so on, prospected the develop ment trend and application prospect. It will provide a reference for the further development and utili zation of the substation inspection robot.
